Old school class and clean as a whistle
Most of the staff were lovely, kind and sweet. The hotel has a real old school vibe and elegance so isnt necessarily the newest condition but things are kept extremely clean and presentable for the most part. Great food and the 24/7 room service is a big perk especially for a city like Brisbane which is very much not 24/7. The tv is able to be Chromecasted to as well which is a great touch and the bed was sooo comfortable. I can't speak to the other spaces in the hotel as I stayed in my room the majority of the time recovering from a surgery. Accessibility wise it gets a pretty good score from me but you might want to request a room a short walk from the elevators in your floor if you're very limited in how much movement/distances you can do

From the moment you walk in you feel like a VIP, being greeted by friendly staff. Rooms are super clean. Loved being able to watch tv in the bathroom and the views spectacular

I booked for 3 people and they tried to charge me for an extra bed for my 9 yo daughter. Only after I made a complaint and refused to pay did they not charge me. I would stay here again unless I had no choice in the area.

Dated hotel. Huge wait to check-in with limited staff on the desk. Scratchy towels need a refresh, no mini-bar, 2 bottles of water which are not refreshed after day 1 despite Brisbane’s 30+deg humid weather. Limited car spaces so lucky if you snag one.

Exceptional Stay with Perfect Location and Impecca
I always look forward to my stay here. The location has easy access to all key spots. The staff consistently go above and beyond with their warm and helpful service, making every visit truly enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. The breakfast isa huge range and really delicious.

You really do not what to know what I thought about this hotel But one thing I would say make sure you check your bill on check out. Even though we had pre paid we were still charged for the stay again and it took 2 phone calls and over 2 weeks to get the money back. Also check your fire alarms!! They go off for no reason and then your greated by the Fire Brigade at 10pm (they were friendly Fire Men)
