"This hotel is a must from the location to the helpfulness of all the staff we were here with family 11 in total. Check-in was made very easy. Concierge every question /problem we had they sorted . Business centre printed labels for us again nothing to much trouble. The pool area is great and the staff keeping it clean and tidy. This hotel is a perfect stop visiting LA location and sights over looking Hollywood sign "

"The vibe was perfect! beautiful place, and very helpful and kind staff. Food for buffet brunch was amazing and late night Happy hour was a plus. Only thing I did not like was slow elevator that was in constant use by the cleaning staff, though they were always nice."
