"Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private. The backyard pool and hot tub are well kept and an amazing addition to the property. We would absolutely stay here again. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a planet fitness! "First of all this is a hostel. It is pretty good option having private room with a private bathroom in a hostel. Everything was fine except some not quite clean areas on the floor of the bathroom, and the feeling that somebody can enter your room during the night as the door of the room was difficult to lock from inside. There were not problem locking from outside. The kitchen, and community area were clean, and well maintained. Entering the house, and using the codes was easy, and instructions were coming on time. Quiet area, and everything else was fine. I booked this place bc it was close to the venue I went to."
