The guy who checked us in asked where we live (coming from), which was ok; however, we found it strange that he also asked where we lived before our current home. With fraud being on the rise and him having access to prof ate information (credit card, home address, my wife’s name), it’s not appropriate to ask more personal questions than necessary. It made us feel uncomfortable and suspicious.

The property was very clean with easy access to everything in Hollywood. Staff was very professional and friendly. The food at the hotel, although pricey, was very good. I would stay there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This was ideal for us as we didn’t have a car. The pool and gym were great and the in-house coffee shop was handy and reasonable value for this area. The staff were all helpful and full of sightseeing top tips. I’ve deducted one star for property condition as the tap leaked in our room and the air conditioning was faulty but these were minor issues.

Great hotel with walkable sightseeing places and some we took Uber and Starline travels Which is located right behind the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to first time travelers.
