This exquisite villa, accommodating up to 14 guests ( including kids,), boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and an additional powder room. Designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort, Flamingo Villa is the quintessential choice for family reunions, multi-family holidays, or groups of friends seeking a premium, luxurious escape.

Spanning an impressive 2,500 square feet, Flamingo Villa offers generous space for large groups to unwind and enjoy without feeling crowded. The open-concept layout includes:

Great Room: A grand and airy space that seamlessly connects to the porch and pool deck, furnished with a comfortable sofa and equipped with a 46” flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
Kitchen: A high-end culinary space featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a smooth-top electric stove, side-by-side fridge with an additional stand-alone freezer, dishwasher, and a combination range hood/microwave. The kitchen also includes a snack bar with four bar stools, perfect for casual dining or enjoying drinks after a day at the beach or pool.
Luxurious Amenities
No detail has been overlooked in ensuring a luxurious stay at Flamingo Villa:

Bedrooms: Each spacious bedroom is designed for comfort and elegance, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ensuite European-style bathrooms featuring walk-in showers with laminated glass panels and rain showerheads.
Dining Areas: Multiple dining options are available, including a 10-seater dining set indoors, a 6-seater outdoor dining set on the porch, and a 4-seat snack bar adjoining the kitchen. The porch is also furnished with outdoor conversation furniture and a dining set for al fresco dining using the large gas grill & two burner firecracker provided.
Pool and Outdoor Space: The large 12' x 28' swimming pool features three distinct depths (18", 32", and 52") catering to all ages and preferences. The pool area is complemented by four poolside loungers with side poolside tables, and a four-seater dining area for enjoying snacks or drinks by the Pool. High front and side walls, along with a privacy screen, ensure your complete privacy while poolside.
Additional Amenities: The villa is equipped with full air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, a washer and dryer, a steam iron and ironing board, and two 1000-gallon water storage tanks to ensure a continuous water supply.
Tranquil Surroundings
Samaan Grove is a gated development with 24-hour security and regular patrols, providing a safe and serene environment. The beautifully groomed surroundings and lakes offer a peaceful retreat, with opportunities for bird watching and the chance to spot local wildlife.

This property exceeded our expectations, meeting all of our needs and more! Modern, spacious well maintained accommodations! Swimming pool added the special feature especially for our grandchildren. Our family of 8 had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Samaan Grove, Buccoo, Tobago. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the amenities provided. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering ample room for all of us to relax comfortably. The highlight, of course, was the beautiful pool, which provided endless hours of enjoyment. The outdoor space was also perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the tropical breeze. Inside, we found that the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary Wi-Fi and board games for entertainment. The bedrooms were cozy, and the air conditioning provided a welcome respite from the Tobago heat. The location was also a big plus. Samaan Grove is a peaceful and secure community, and it was convenient to reach popular attractions like Pigeon Point and Buccoo Reef from here. Furthermore, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made us feel truly valued as guests. In summary, our family vacation in this Samaan Grove villa was everything we had hoped for and more. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this tropical paradise. This was the perfect place to stay with family during a trip to Tobago. Tons of communal space and every room has it's own restroom. Perfect layout for a vacation home. I can't wait to come back for another stay with the whole family.

1. Check in was a 4pm, we arrived at 5pm and the housekeeper was now cleaning the house so we were not able to check in and settle as planned. The cleaning appear to have been rushed and was not at the quality and standard expected. 2. The Wifi was non-functional for all of the 4 days of our stay so we were not able to view cable TV, Netflix etc. 3. There was no pool shower outside of the house to wash your body before entering pool.

Best place and experience ever
Flamingo Villa is the best place I have ever stayed in Tobago. Firstly the host was very welcoming and torale. Kenny was just a phone call away. The place is fully updated, clean and well organized 👌. Very spacious and comfortable. I will recommend anybody there for their getaway. I myself will visit again... My family 👪 was very happy 😊........ The only thing you must have some form of commute because it is a little way from everything. But I loved 😍 it....

Bad experience
The owner and property manager could not accommodate an early check in which we understood but when we showed up even 15 minutes early they told the front gate not to let us in so we had to drive around. The fact that we had a 4 month old and drove around for 4 hours was made even worse when we finally arrived to the villa and found it was still being cleaned and we had to wait a full hour on the porch with our young kids. The lack of communication and apathy shown by the owner and property manager was disappointing. Although the villa is great- we will not be staying again as it is not worth the price for the unprofessional experience.

Perfect for a Family Vacation
The experience of Flamingo Villa has been amongst the best I have ever encountered. To begin with the service from Natasha and Rain Property Management was excellent. From assisting with our check-in to their response to service requests - it was all handled in the swiftest, most professional manner. The villa itself is located in the very beautiful and serene Samaan Grove. The living space as well as the grounds and pool are immaculate and obviously consistently maintained. The appliances and furnishings are also top tier and kept in great condition. We chose this to be a comfortable space for my son's first vacation and it lived up to it's promise. We shall be heavily considering this villa as our primary lodging for future Tobago trips.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND! Mold on linen and pillow cases. Bathroom sinks leak when brushing your teeth to the floor. Big water bugs all over pool and big ants all over wall. Nice property, poor management!

My experience was great ! From booking and communication with Natasha to the accommodations made for our group on arrival it was a seamless process . The villa is beautiful decorated and very typical of what can be expected of renting such a property. The pool is perfect for small kids and it’s a great family retreat after a day at the beach. I must say the appliances and furnishes are very worn compared to the photos. Overall a great place and will be checking out their line of properties again!

Where to start? The villa is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool is amazing at all hours of the day and night (excellent star gazing). Natasha and Anton are wonderful and very helpful. Anton is there to check you in and assist with anything you might need. The villa is located in a secured compound with nightly patrols. Highly recommended.

From check in to check out it was perfect. Kudos to the house manager Anton who was most pleasant and accommodating. The facilities were just as advertised in fact it was more than expected. This property, the owner and manager is equal to and much better than I ever could have imagined. The place is modern, immaculate and has everything you can think of is included .... including the things you didn’t think of...
