The dining options were nice but they kept changing the dress code from night to night

This includes long pants for men. Needed music at the pool!

After having been to Secrets Akumal two times, Maroma and Royal Beach I would have that this would be comparable. The butler could have cared less. Our 20th Anniversary was never addressed after telling numerous employees and the butler didnt e en find us until days after our trip. I wouldn't recommend this resort. I will say beach and food were great though.

Staff and cleanliness of hotel were fantastic. They make you feel like you're family, only thing I do not recommend are the extra experiences that are offered for an additional cost, not worth it in my opinion.

Everything was great, the only thing is that the servers were asking too much if needed anything, which it’s ok to a point. I understand that they try to give service to the guest but they should be looking out for a sign or something from guests and then come along. Besides that, the resort was amazing
