"It is beautiful and classy. There is a dress code which we appreciated. By that I mean no wife beater shirts & flip flops in restaurants, etc. the staff is amazing- so much to do & so many fabulous people taking care of the guests. We brought our family of 6 & everyone had a marvelous time!! Rooms were spacious & attractive. The design is well done - I appreciated all the details as an established interior designer for 35 years. Grounds & pools were immaculate. The activities were wonderful - so many & something for everyone!! We will return!! Five days is not enough!! Thank you Hyatt Ziva for a wonderful time!! Elizabeth Samuels "

"I wanted a resort where I could rest & relax….mission accomplished! The property was peaceful & beautiful. My room was perfect with the hammock and swim out pool, and the staff was excellent, specifically my Butler, Aronni, and Elian, Arlette and my massage therapist. The hot stone massage was heavenly. There was one one issue that was immediately addressed & resolved. If you are looking for a low-key stay in a beautiful environment with top notch service…this is your place! I will definitely return and refer to clients in the future. "

"Hotel é maravilhoso, a comida e os restaurantes eram os melhores dos 3 que fiquei em punta cana, ponto alto para o asiático, e o café da manhã!!! Esse hotel çvale a nota que tem. O único ponto chato é a questão das piscinas para membros Vips, que não tinham nenhuma sinalização, nós entramos e fomos retirados do local, isso é uma situação chata. Além disso, não foi meu preferido em relação às bebidas."
