"Beautiful beach, grounds, great food, drinks and staff. Beach can be noisy for several hours per day with tour boats from adjacent resort blasting sound. Tricky shower accessibility due to tub/glass and no handles. Chilling air conditioning not amenable to sublety. Balcony sliding door almost inoperable."

"We really enjoyed the feel of the place. It was very relaxing which is what we enjoyed the most. The private swim up and cabana were very much enjoyed. There were two employees that were particularly amazing, Isaa the bartender in the preffered club lobby and Marcelo our concierge. Isaa was just so pleasant to be around and made very amazing drinks for us. He was really great! Honestly we arent sure what we would have done without Marcelo. He went above and beyond with everything! He told us he would take care of anything we needed and he really did. He made things so easy for us. Thankyou Marcelo! We will see you again!"

I had 2 minor issues on 2 different days within my stay and Julianna from Guest Service handle both issue fast, she was very diligent, knowledgeable, always with a smile on face and solve both issues right away. Highly appreciated her work and effort. She should be at the same level (get a promotion) Of the supervisor Pamela who was also very kind and diligent as well. "
