"We were there for 5 nights and 6 days. We were truly blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They really cared about their guests enjoying their stay. Ernesto was our concierge and he was so kind, helpful and efficient. Ramon waited on us while at the beach and he really made our experience even better. We were able to relax and not have to worry about a thing. The resort was clean and the ground were exceptionally well kept. We cannot wait for our next stay!! "

"Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort."

"The best part of this resort is by far, the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the concierge attendant. I recommend upgrading to the "Level" experience for this benefit. The concierge will go out of their way to make sure your experience is unique and amazing. (Shout out to Alam) The grounds and pool are beautiful and the beach is a short walk from the rooms. The swim up bars are where you might spend most of your time making new friends. There is also a 'train' that will take you to the further parts of the resort, where you will find some of the restaurants and the casino, etc. We will be planning our third trip to the same resort very soon. "
