"The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and newly decorated. The buffet was good, but it would be helpful if all guests were sprayed with sanitizer on their hands before touching the utensils. At times, people are very pushy in the buffet as well. We had issues finding lounge chairs at the pool and there may need to be a policy in place where people cannot reserve lounge chairs, literally all day. All the staff was wonderful, the drinks were great, and the special restaurant we went to one night had excellent food, but the wait was incredibly long. We waited an hour to get two drinks and it took a total of two hours before we got our food. The shows were incredible. Their performances were impressive and we enjoyed the karaoke night as well. It was a bit confusing where we could go with the adult only bracelets versus the unique experience. It was nice that no one forced up sells throughout our trip like some other resort locations do. Overall, it was an awesome vacation and we hope to return soon."

"We had a fantastic time celebrating New Years and big birthdays with our family at Villa Palma! We had 11 people from age 14-80. The home was beautiful, with a fantastic pool and hot tub (with a great combination of shade and sun). There were great spots to convene inside our outside in a comfy setting and the dinner table was perfect for a group. The staff was above and beyond. Audi, Ramon, Flora, and David made sure that everyone got a vacation from real life obligations! We did get the food plan and the food was just amazing. There was so much variety and everything cooked to perfection! We also appreciated all of the help with our trips to test out various beaches, the spa, and a catamaran trip. We all highly recommend Villa Palma!"
