"Sanctuary Cap Cana was amazing. Joan took great care of us in the castle and came and checked on us daily no matter where we were on the resort. The food was amazing, and the service all over was great. There was an abundance of food options, and we were able to find a spot wherever we went without issues of overcrowding. If you are going to Punta Cana, this is the place to stay. Only downside was the waterfall in the castle was being worked on and we had a minor issue with the water not getting very hot in our room, but I’d still give it a 5/5 rating even with those small issues."

"The pool didn't have timely pump running. There were sediments on the surface of the water when we arrived and still the next until night time the pumped hadn't started. And issue with toilet, did not charge either. "
