"Every single staff member that we encountered was so nice and so helpful - from front desk, valets, servers - everyone. We had an AC issue with our room the first night and Lillian at the front desk remedied it immediately. The room was comfortable and very clean. While there were a lot of restaurant options and we tried many of them, we didn't love any of the food. We tried casual fare to their fine dining and it was just okay. That's my only "negative" feedback - but we absolutely loved the hotel and amenities and cleanliness!! We would return"

"The Lopesan Costa Bavaro was a wonderful resort. The infinity pool was our favorite. The property was beautiful and clean. Lots of dining options; all the staff were kind and the food was good, as well. We would definitely stay here again. There were a lot of boats in the water, but that didn’t bother us too much, as we are boat owners ourselves. However, this might bother some people, as they do obstruct the view from the beach. "
