"Excellent stay at The Vincent. From the moment we walked in the staff were welcoming and attentive. It was my birthday on which the receptionist congratulated me. She also said we had been given a free upgrade to a studio room which was lovely. On entering, the bed was covered in rose petals which i thought was a lovely gesture. No sooner had we taken our coats off then a knock at our door and a lovely man from reception brought a tray of chocs in way of celebration. Another lovely gesture. So thoughtful. The room was large, with a nespresso coffee maker, a deep japanese soaking bath and a huge bed. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with lots of choice. I highly recommend staying here."
