"At the reception I was greeted with very friendly service willing to accomodate towards all my needs, Brother Faris at the desk was very helpful and gave us plenty of options to make our last minute stay the best experience I was there for 2 nights at a very busy time during the last 10 days of Ramadhan, so unfortunately after many attempts of asking for a wheelchair for my mum, they were unable to provide one which ment she had to do alot of walking with a walking stick and got very tired, if I had known a wheelchair wont be available prior to my visit, we would've travelled with her wheelchair from makkah"
