"We just returned from our six night spring break trip to the Sheraton grand at wild horse. We went with our two children ages 8 and 11. It was absolutely perfect. Far enough outside of the city that it is quiet and relaxing, but close enough that we were able to go into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa within 20-30 minutes for various dinners or activities if we wanted. The hotel is beautiful and everything you want. We did ask for a room as close to the lobby as they had available because if you are in the far West wing it will take you 10 minutes to walk to it from your room and I was not going to do that with kids. "

"The stay was amazing! We stayed because we were going to a concert at Rawhide and the proximity was unmatched. The room was very comfy, and it had a lot of lighting. We plan on staying here every time we need a hotel for a Rawhide show - just how much we love it. The only downfall was the lack of forks. It wasn't too important as we found another way - but it was a little bump in the road as we just got in from traveling. "
