overall the price and experience at this hotel was 9/10 only thing we didn’t like was cleaning equipment left in the hallways(vacuums and brooms) when nobody was around

The staff were very kind and helpful when we first checked in, making the process easy and reminding us the different amenities they had. The room was a bit outdated, but still kept clean and organized. A plus was the smart flat screen t.v that was compatible with screen cast unlike other stays we were in. The only issue was the winter vestibule they had outside made it difficult to bringing in large luggage because of the wind.

When I stayed the temperature in the room was so hot, I lowered the temperature all the way to 60 and the air conditioning would not turn on, also the refrigerator was broken it would not turn on at all, which was frustrating but outside the room the hotel was nice and neat and its walkable distance to tourist attractions in Chicago
