When we got there, our towels smelled like vomit. We asked for new towels 3 times until they gave us new ones 4 days after we arrived.

Tres bien situé, tout se fait à pied et il y a des autobus tout près pour les destination plus éloignée (zoo, musée des sciences),a 10 min a pied d'une plage pour se baigner. Lit confortables, pas bruyant.

Great hotel and location

Don’t count on connecting rooms
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HotelsAfter multiple requests online, phone and in person to have connecting rooms, they somehow couldn’t make it happen. I’m not sure what the point of having connecting rooms is if you can’t request them. It was beyond frustrating and time consuming.

We were there for a 3-night stay. Loved the convenience to shops and restaurants. Walkable to a lot of places if we were not taking an Uber or public transit. It was our first visit to Chicago and the hotel helped make it a great trip. Of course, we loved the accommodations and the chocolate chip cookies each night. It is hard for me to give 5 stars to anything, but we did have a great stay. Only drawback is that we could have had staff share more information on the amenities (e.g., bar and restaurant times, pool access and availability, etc.).
