The hotel was dirty. On checkin, the refrigerator wasn't working and the bathroom sink clogged. Maintenance didn't respond to the refrigerator request; needed a second request. Elevators were dirty, and smelled of spilled drinks. Work out room dirty with kids playing in there and spilled snacks. Room walls were paper thin, and you could hear your neighbor's TV all night.

Our 2 nights family stay was great at the Embassy Suites Lombard.. Hot breakfast every morning, clean pool and overall great atmosphere. The heat in my room wasnt working late at night on night one but back fine by morning. The staff offered extra blankets/duvet tp accommodate. They also gave a $25 gift certificate to use at the Hotel restaurant. Our Christmas hotel stay was great...

The service was nice. The condition of my room was below par, my tub was not draining so the shower was filling the tub as you washed which was gross. I asked the front desk for a new room and I was told no rooms were available. I was disappointed In the response. It was my honeymoon and we were given the worse room in the hotel.

Make embassy suites look bad
My friend and stay at an embassy suite hotel every year for our Christmas trip. This was the worst embassy suite that we have ever been too. Whole place needs updating and the breakfast was terrible
