Very nice hotel...

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and my room was comfortable. The free breakfast was very good, with a variety of food available and excellent coffee.

Outskirts city stay

This location was amazing! Walking distance to public transportation. Only downside was the steep parking fee, but you could park on the street for free if you wanted. The view of Chicago from this hotel was spectacular.

Great stay overall. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Hyatt rewards are a nice touch. Free parking is street side only, hotel parking is $50 valet only… that was a bummer to find out last minute.
