We really enjoyed our stay at LondonHouse. Everything is kept to a high standard and the customer service was great. We really appreciated the hotel having some umbrellas on a day it was raining. To improve, you could sort the taps’ temperature consistency out and improve lighting in the rooms which don’t have as much natural light.

Beautiful hotel right on the river. Perfectly located to walk to shops, restaurants, and top sites of downtown Chicago. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would recommend you eat outside the hotel. The food was expensive and just average. I would stay here again if ever back in Chicago.
