I marked the facility as 4 because the bathroom water did not get very hot, Luke warm. It was -20 outside so that may of been a factor

A window was open in my room, I arrived at night and the curtains were shut, and I left early in the morning. The room was freezing when I walked in so I turned the heating on. The heating was sooo loud, I had to get out of bed at midnight to turn it off, and woke up freezing two mornings as I didn't realise the window had been left open. These should be checked, especailly in the middle of winter in Canada.

Lovely stay.

We were given an upgrade when we requested not to be on a floor with hockey teams. The receptionist was lovely and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included lots of choices. Parking was great, although not included. Environmental soaps etc. Comfortable room

Front entrance is terrible, just not enough room for more than 3 vehicles, parked out back, after 6:00pm, had to walk around the building to the front as no one answered the buzzer suggested to push to get in :(, shower head was absolutely terrible, and the tv was tough to watch as the screen kept freezing, room was nice other than that.
