The bathroom was really dirty
Other than the floor looking like someone walked around while shaving their pubes, it was a really nice room! Really comfortable bed! But thankfully I brought my own pillow cases as there were some stains on the original ones and brought my own cleaning supplies to wipe everything down with and was able to clean most of the hair off the floor! It was really bad in the bathroom!

The room was clean and recently renovated, and the staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast was terrible - some kind of powdered eggs, the potatoes didn't taste great either, and no milk for the tea. The wifi internet was flaky - very weak and often just cutting out. There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and it was unclear how to control the a/c. Also, you could only enter the property if you were travelling south on King Street, otherwise you had to go through the mall parking lot, and then cross four lanes of traffic (with no traffic lights to help you) to get to the hotel entrance.

The property is convenient to major routes. The rooms are newly renovated and very attractive and everything functioning. Unfortunately they were still renovating the ground floor so you had to leave the building and walk through a construction site to reach the breakfast. One of our rooms had ants.

Daily inconvenient & unsafe repair & building. This type of work should be done to an uñinhabited building. The online promotion did not mention that there was any daily repair & renovation to this "inn". The hot breakfast was sparse & poor. I could not take a shower for 2 days because there was no supportive handle nor assistive device. There was no clock radio to tell the time, especially when I needed it during the night.

The room is spacious and newly renovated. However, they’re currently renovating the lobby resulting in a dusty lobby, and the breakfast was not at all tasty but filling. Overall, you get what you pay for. Recommended for budget travellers.

Staff was amazing, particularly the manager of the property who was extremely courteous and helpful. Brand new furniture and upgrades throughout the hotel. Small minor negatives were the restaurant was not yet finished for breakfast and the area provided as replacement was fine, but there was little to no food left with 45 minutes to go until breakfast closed. Also the parking was a bit difficult finding a spot due to the renovations….. Two minor issues that I’m sitter will be resolved when renovations are completed. Would definitely stay again (PS… Moose Winooski is the place to go for dinner close of staying there… fantastic as well)
