The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location, which offers convenient access to nearby attractions. Unfortunately, everything else about my stay was deeply disappointing. The property is in bad condition. The elevators are covered in scratches and look like they haven’t been maintained in years. Upon arrival, the room I had booked—a two-bed room suitable for my family of four—was inexplicably unavailable. Instead, we were offered a single-bed room with a small, uncomfortable sofa, which was far from adequate. Also, two days after checkout, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Resolving this has been a frustrating process, as the hotel has been slow to respond to my inquiries.

The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room.

Great staff, large room, and very comfortable bed. Room even included a small walk-in closet. Nice location -- very close to Bloomingdales, Oak Street, Hancock Building, etc. Only negatives were some small stains on the wall and a low shower head (I am over six feet tall).
