This is definitely not an appropriate hotel for kids. There is a club IN the hotel so the weekends are filled with party goers. The hallway leading to our room smelled of mist and body odor and near the door to our room smelled as if someone urinated on the carpet and didn’t clean it. The parking garage was VERY narrow!!! There was security and paramedics. We didn’t stay. Took a loss on money and left. The kids were too uncomfortable being there and wanted to leave as well. They didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend staying here unless you are heading to the in house club!!

Our room was pretty clean. We liked the workout room it was simple. There are a ton of restaurants nearby as well as the mavs arena. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks downstairs. Would def recommend. Don’t know why this place only has 6.6 out of ten for its reviews.

It's location downtown is convenient especially if you're using the DART lines. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for me and my friends. The staff are kind and helpful in resolving almost all of our issues except fixing the phone in the room. It's just 10 mins away from American Airlines Center by vehicle or Uber, if you're looking for a place to stay to watch a Mavs game. There are plenty of cafe (Starbucks across the street), 7-11s, restaurants and bars around the area. I'll definitely book the place again when I visit Dallas.
