Really enjoyed this suite, the place was clean and everything in its place. All we needed- there was great organization, the fridge, coffee as well as the shampoo and conditioner with body wash all accessible. 10 out of 10 for the whole day experience.

Loved the convenience of being off the freeway and so close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping. The restaurant onsite has absolutely great menu choices. The staff at the front desk along with in the restaurant area are wonderful and very accommodating to your needs.

$29.00 per night parking. Did that get your attention? Here's my story: I reserved 3 nights for medical visit to UT Southwestern. I got done early and left on the second day, called the hotel desk from DFW and checked out. Through Expedia I contacted the hotel and asked for a refund of the 3rd night. That was denied. Cost me $250. Taxes and fees were $120. Filthy carpet... White socks don't lie. Oh yeah... Parking $29.00 per night. How is this place in business?

A little disappointed
Your hotel looked nice, so we decided to reserve with you. (Even though your rates are higher than what we usually pay.) We were surprised that breakfast would be an additional charge. The only ice available was a complimentary ziplock bagful on the ground floor. A bottle of water was $4.50. Overall, our stay was a little disappointing. In the future we will stay where there is an ice machine on every floor, lower parking fees and breakfast is included.
