I called ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was working and the person I talk to said yes when I arrived not only did the hot tub not work, but I was told it had been broken for a week. My son is autistic and needs the hot tub nightly for his therapy so I don’t appreciate being lied to.

There were red stains on sheets, and carpets. The desk chair was lopsided making it questionable whether it was safe to sit in or not. We were disappointed the pool and hot were not working because that was the main reason for selecting the hotel. Biggest positive was the location to the airport was very close and convenient. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could use some improvements. The TV was not a smart TV and only had cable. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The location of our room was noisy. For what I paid for 4 nights the cost was a bit steep. No pool or hot tub I give a 2 star rating if pool was working I would give 3 stars.

The floor under the sofa bed had not been cleaned or swept in a long time. Beds were clean and bathrooms were clean. The grounds were kept up mostly, but the area has a significant transient population close by. The hotel itself was safe.

Worse experience!! Dirty sofa, front door was about to fall over, trash in hall way, the guy at check in was sticking his finger in his nose and then handed me my DL with the same hand! They advertised airport pick up but they have a big sign up front that says no air port pickup. security gate doesn’t work and was open all night! Disgusting place! Stay Away!

First not greeted with a friendly respond, maybe because we checked in late, around 11:30pm. Couldn’t understand the front desk person. As soon as we entered the hallway to take the elevator to our the first thing we smell is marijuana. Not a great expression as you come in with your children. The room is very dark, some light bulbs are not working. The closet area are dusty and the bathroom are not very clean. Almost left and look for another hotel, I should have since I bought the insurance for it.

It got the job done

I had a flight cancel so had to spend the night in Dallas - they have a free shuttle to/from the airport and free buffet breakfast with bacon and eggs. In short, it served its purpose of somewhere to stay nearby for my upcoming flight

I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. The room smelled horrible. Obviously someone had smoked in the room. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe here. There were numerous men loitering around in the hallways. I chose not to stay here due to these conditions. The pictures of the property do not display what the property actually looks like. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
