What a beautiful place to stay and relax! Room was perfectly clean, all staff wonderful and can’t wait for our next visit. It’s the nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time, you can see the staff the great pride in their establishment , I woke up early and went for a walk , cleaners had been through all the common areas and the place had a lovely smell throughout. Just wonderful all round! If you are fond of taking photos this place will impress, we got some lovely pics. Enjoy xx

The property is gorgeous from the moment you step in the door. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a twin room. The cafe restaurant was good if not limited in some breakfast choices. The summer spritzes were delightful

Very disappointed
Room was tiny, especially for a disability room, limited non-secure parking. Barman and food, was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately way over priced for what it is. Not very accessible either. Very disappointed

Lovely building and grounds. Staff were pleasant but there was minimal service in the hotel due to too few staff. A fire alarm went off at 2am and guests had to evacuate the building. There were no staff present to direct the evacuation. We would be very concerned about this if it was a real emergency and not a false alarm.

The person staffing the desk late Tuesday and Wednesday did not look up as we passed. With an unlocked front door, anyone can wander in. Spa discount at Hepburn was very nice.

This us our 5th stay and we love visiting Daylesford shops and market, the bellinzona hotel is a beautiful place to stay and we recommend it highly to anyone visiting this area.
