The rooms were spacious and clean but there are no elevators and no help to bring our large amount of luggage up the stairs. Some of the staff were very good and some were so busy talking to each other that they hardly acknowledged us

Very expensive. Why did I pay $270 for the night when I checked for the next night when i would be gone and it was $161? I’m feeling ripped off. Very old motel. Long trip to the pool, which was actually quite good, but old. There is an onsite restaurant, but it was closed while we were there. Longish drive to a restaurant. Nothing walkable.

Booked this hotel over others because it advertised breakfast included, which is important to me because of my kids, but when I got there I was told the restaurant is closed indefinitely so there was no breakfast. False advertising! Then the pool was freezing!!! And the hot tub too hot as well as too small! When I got back to my room I took a shower and noticed a dead spider in the corner of the shower, as well as some carpenter’s writing on the wall. That tells me the walls are NOT cleaned!! The next morning my husband had a coffee and found mould floating on top, probably from the cream. There is obviously a lack of pride in this place, and for the price I paid, I expected so much more!

no free breakfast as advertised. yet you could buy fruit and cereal in store. why not put out at front desk till restaurant is done. if they cannot make some effort to put a breakfast out they should take down on web site free breakfast available or componsate in another way.
