Check in was easy, however absolutely no information was given about the hotel. No mention of wifi or pool, or hot tub closure etc. I was given a room at the very end of the building (125). The room is very awkwardly positioned with the tv and unit being longer then the wall, it faces an arm chair and not the bed. It seemed like the room was never used as the layers of dust were quite heavy. Everything was quite datedbut okay for a 1 night stay. Would i return, probably not. For the price,it was decent and could have been worse.

I like that room has all amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee maker), clean, has sofas and mini office corner. Also very convenient for commuters as the bus stops there. Well maintained place.

Loved our stay, except for the fact that we couldn’t get to sleep due to a bunch of kids running and playing in the halls. Took us forever to get our son to bed. Other then that, great stay, comfy beds, and perfect for a mini vacation

Forgot our pillow. We called and told the front desk we will pick in 3hrd. When we got back the lady was arguing that there is no pillow. Finally found it in the room. Also for the price no breakfast

Cleanness is terrible. They did not clean room properly, even we found hair on beds. Washroom is not properly cleaned. Maintainance is poor. Since property is very old they should maintain it properly. They are pricy , so they should give better service

For the class of hotel it was nice. Carpet in room was clean, probably needs changing. Costs for room has a separate ‘fee’ that was added at time of booking ( seems to be the ‘norm’ for online bookings which is sneaky), since the advertised rate is misleading. Overall not bad.
