Upon arrival to our room, it was noted that many areas had not been cleaned, holes in the ceiling, walls dirty, handprints all over windows, shower dirty. They moved us to another room, and although definitely cleaner was not worth the cost of the room. Additionally, housekeeping was rude, and a maintenance worker let himself into our room without knocking. Pictures have been sent to management. Breakfast was good. Will not book here again.

Good experience w/ the hotel. My room lacked bathroom soap that it took multiple requests to send housekeeping to drop it off. It’s understandable that housekeeping is every other day, however, I put in a housekeeping request the day before to have someone come through after the first night and never came through.

Had everything we needed
We enjoyed our stay. The best part was the free breakfast and free coffee throughout the day. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin that we each had to use several of them to make even a noticeable thickness. but those were truly the only downsides. We liked that the room had a mountain view. Just note that the elevators in the morning on weekends are PACKED and it may take up to 30 mins just to get down to the lobby.

The front desk clerk was more concerned with making innuendos and ordering dinner than helping the only customer in the lobby. The room had used q-tips on the floor and the heater did not work. I ordered dinner to be delivered and was never even notified if it arrived and never received it. I normally enjoy this hotel but this was absolutely the worst trip to Denver I’ve had in a decade.
