The stay was great , breakfast could use a little more variety. The bad thing was that only one elevator was working for the whole stay and it would take a long wait to go up or down

I would not recommend this property. Very noisy. Cleaning is not prompt or non-existent. Payment for parking is required—parking is in poorly lit open lot—no protection from weather. Checked out 1 day early. Hotel said they would refund unissued night but that ai had to contact Expedia. When Wxpedia contacted hotel, they refused refund. Will never stay at this hotel again.

My car was declined for the incidentals for $100 even though I had the funds. I had to walk through a snowstorm to a bank and deposit more cash so that I could pay the incidental that kept getting declined and it ended up charging $120 If they would’ve just told me it was gonna charge that extra I wouldn’t have had to walk to the snowstorm. Then they give me a room that is dirty and had debris and trash from the previous person still in it. Now it’s been three days since I have checked out and I still haven’t been refunded my $120 incidental which they told me was supposed to be $100

This place needs more elevators. There wasn’t a single time we weren’t waiting 10 minutes. And don’t try the stairs because you’ll be locked out. Rooms have pretty bad sound bleed. But the room blackening shades made it tolerable.

Avoid Hyatt Place in Denver
Only one elevator working with no attempt at fixing. Charge for parking in a parking lot. Forget it. Trash hotel. Will never stay at Hyatt ever.

The staff at Hyatt Place always go above and beyond. Particularily, Bridget (sp?) at the Front Desk. It's our "go to" hotel when needing to be in the Cherry Creek area for business or pleasure.

Horrible Night
I have been listening to people argue for the past two hours at the top of their lungs. They are hitting or bouncing against the walls. I can’t sleep. I went downstairs to tell the front desk at 12:16a because the phone was dead and they said they would send someone up here. Someone came upstairs at 12:25a and knocked on the door telling them to be quiet. It sounded as if the front desk knew the man and woman in the room. He kept saying keep it down buddy because we’ve already had a complaint. He is two doors down from me. Before they left the floor, the man started yelling again so they came back. The front desk person explainedthat he could be heard down the hall and he had to quiet, and the quiet lasted all of 6mins. Then the banging on the walls and yelling started again. The front desk was hanging out in the hallway because I heard them talking. They knocked on their door again and now they’re all in discussion. It sounded like they were moving them elsewhere.

Everything was great except they had only 1 elevator working and so every time we tried to get on, we had to wait awhile because so many people were trying to use it at the same time!
