Easy check in and hotel was nice. No complaints here, first time I used Expedia, usually the wife does all this but it was a gift to her so I had to figure it out and it wasn't hard to.

Only thing I would say is that all of the eating areas were closed up except for 1 and it was packed. So many events going on that more should be open for travelers.

Check in was quick. I came for the maple leaf and red wings game. It was pretty easy to get to once I crossed the border. Parking wasn't too bad. I was shocked there were some stains on the floor and that the casino closed at 11pm. For a weekend and being in a hotel I thought it would be 24 hrs.

Once again, Motor City Casino did not disappoint. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly and courteous. It is my favorite place to stay in Detroit, and the shuttle service is the best way to get to and from downtown events.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday to go to a concert nearby. We had so much fun we missed the concert! The only issue we had was not being able to use the $10 food credit at the food court. Otherwise our stay was perfect!
