"It was our first time staying here and we didn’t like the parking. I think parking should be assigned for each room and if each guest has more then one vehicle then they should be the ones to park in the extra parking area in the back of hotel. Also maybe add a little more options to watch on the tv, Other than that everything else was great. Starting with the front desk, very nice and polite, property very clean as well as rooms. "

"We stayed in both the small cottage and large house this time. They are in an excellent location relative to the beach and downtown Cayucos. Both places were nice and clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen amenities and utensils. Even has a gas and a charcoal barbeque! The property owner was extremely easy to work with and helped us promptly if we had any questions. In the past, I had been to the small cottage several times with just myself and my wife, but this worked out very well for my entire family to come and stay for a week. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Cayucos/Morro Bay area as this is definitely the greatest place to stay, especially if you have pets. And the price is the best around! Props to the owner for making the place so nice and clean and comfortable for a stress-free week of vacation! "
