Great hotel
I love that little hotel. It was a bit time- worn and the rooms were tiny, but it was so charming and it's in the best location. Amazing, friendly service too. I would definitely stay there again! Great restaurant across the street as well.

This property is only steps away from the beach and the walkways into both directions of the fallaises. It is opposite a gorgeous medieval house with a good restaurant and other dining options around. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast met our expectations.

Overpriced shabby hotel with rude service
The hotel is clean but pretty shabby. Outdated rusted plumbing in the bathroom and rude staff. Supposedly they have free parking for guests. We arrived late at night so had to park on the street. Upon early checkout I asked if we could re park or car in their free garage at least until checkout time. The response was that since we just checked out, we could not use their parking garage. Then I suggested that we change our check out time until it was due, and then the person said that they don’t have any space in their parking garage. So, I guess they do have parking for guests, but not for all guests at any rate.

Great scenery but price and basic accommodation
Pros - Friendly and helpful front desk staff, good location, places to eat nearby, most of the attractions in town within walkable distance, a walk to the cliffs possible for young and old, near the beach, for 7€ there is a petite train ride up to the cliffs. Cons - A bath tub but without shower curtain. Toilet is wet most of the time, guests staying above walking hard on wooden floors, no storage room for baggage, very basic room (no kettle, no hairdryer, no A/C. Pricey for a basic room and it’s end of summer holidays.

the rooms are too small, hardly any place for the luggage. No parking was available, we had to find a parking on street that was very challenging. Try no to be there on the weekend, the roads to the town was closed down by police, allowing only pedestrian to go in, streets leading to the town were just a parking lot, had hard time getting to the hotel after few hours visiting a neighboring town.

The hotel did not treat us well. We came around 1 pm. Our check in time was 3 pm. They agreed to let us in at 2 pm. There was no place to wait in the hotel. They asked us to wait by the sea. Communication in English is a problem. The housekeeping done next day ( we were here for 2 days) was not good. They quickly did it without changing any bed sheets, saying that the old bed sheets were good enough. Breakfast was limited. Considering the price we paid the overall experience was not good.

A cosy room in the heart of Etretat. The surrounding noise at night could be a problem for some people. The picture may not reflect the room you get, and the room is a bit expensive for what is offered, but it is clean and comfy.

Great location
This was in the 9th Arrondissement and was conveniently located to multiple metro stops, several stores and walking distance to several museums in the area. The staff was always polite & helpful. Thanks to the City doing water line work they had multiple days where the water was turned off for long periods, but this was out of the hotel's control and they provided us with bottled water to drink while it was off. I was highly impressed with this place, it was the perfect studio apartment with a small kitchenette.

Cute hotel, great location
The hotel room was small but the staff was friendly and it was in a perfect location. So close to the beach and right in the middle of everything. Parking is a bit of a hardship though and they didn't warn that you should reserve it before you get there.

Excellent Location
Excellent Location. They DONT WANT TO SPEAK ENGLISH. Depending on the time of year, there may be no close parking. Walls and ceilings are paper this so you hear EVERYTHING :-( The town is really neat and the cliffs are amazing! Hike, Hike, and then hike some more :-)

Loved Etretat, hotel not fully what we needed .
We love Etretat, welcoming community. Hotel staff well- intentioned., helpful with some things. Lack of parking a major problem, lack of AC, any elevator, not great. We ended up moving for a better experience.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of everything. Staff at reception were incredibly helpful. We left an item behind and they were helpful in locating and helping with retrieval.

the cool location isn't worth the stay
well located but the tv screen in the room is the only thing that is probably from the XXI century.. the towels are like sand paper, there is mold on the bathroom joints, the mattress is hard as the cobble stone on the beach. very disappointed... even the soap and shampoo are bad quality...
