"10/10 – Exceptional Service That Made All the Difference I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Flagstaff's Woodlands Village while recovering from an injury and using crutches. Although I didn't catch the young man's name at the front desk, he and his mother, who are originally from India, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. We even had a pleasant conversation about their homeland, which added a personal touch to my stay. They brought extra towels, held doors open, and even came to me instead of requiring me to navigate to the front desk. Their genuine care and concern truly stood out during my visit. It's rare to encounter such thoughtful and attentive service, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness. This lovely family deserves 10 stars for their outstanding hospitality!"

"I was impressed how the staff was very attentive and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name at the front desk who also shuttled us to Amtrack station to get bags checked for our early morning travel. The peaceful grounds and the many different things to do were fantastic. Would definitely recommend for families. "
