Very clean hotel.
Used the gym & pool several times. House keeping service was excellent here. Rooms were immaculate every day. Nothing too much trouble for the house keeping staff. I also used the free shuttle service to get to Armenian street.

We stayed here for 2 weeks rooms are nicely renovated and hotel is very conveinient situated for shopping and dining out. We did not use public transport because the hotel was central to most places and we just got a Grab and on average we spent 7 ringhit to get to 90 percent of the places we visited, Breakfast a bit ordinary and pool while it was never crowded a bit on the smallish side and very limited seating they can put more seating and should. plus getting out of the pool for the elderly could be a little difficult as there are no proper steps in place but we managed On the whole great place and I would go back.

It’s in the middle of a mega mall which is convenient for shopping and rainy weather options. Overall friendly helpful staff that helped us with luggage and importantly booked us a van to the airport.

Lovely hotel with great and helpful staff. Beds were comfy,pool was great to cool off with towels provided. They cleaned our room every day. Location great for hawker food stalls.

This is our 4th stay during our visit here in Georgetown., All is good except for their Vintage Wall Hung TV that is grossly lacking in Programs., Suggest Management look into Changing to Smart TV to cater for more nimble clientele for Netflik, Disney+ and other Apple or Android mobile users. This will complement everyone stay

Sunway Hotel is convenient to food places. Next to the hotel is a food street with a few famous food stalls. McDonald's and Times Square, specialty food gifts and convenience stall is 2mins walk from the hotel. Staffs are very helpful and informative.
