"We wanted a place relatively close to Pittsburgh to explore and found the perfect spot! The area is lovely. The restaurants such as “ Pies and Pints” and “Secret Sandwich Society” were delicious. The whole experience of hiking and walking the bridge at the gorge was incredible. Our stay at Fern Creek Cabins was the icing on the cake. I have high standards for cleanliness and the place was spotless. Kitchen had everything you could want, and the whole cabin was very comfortable. The frogs peeping at night were very calming. We talked about coming back in the fall to see the leaves in the area and will definitely book this cabin again."

"Had a great time at the cabin. It had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was very quiet and comfortable. We hiked all day in the beautiful New River Gorge, Hawksnest State Park, and Babcock State Park. Saw hundreds of waterfalls after all the rain. The hot tub was just what we needed after long days on the trails. The only thing I would suggest is a hot tub cover lift as the cover was heavy and difficult to get back on. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely return if we come back to the area. eeded "
