Excellent customer service & comfortable rooms. The rainshower head is lovely. Bathroom bins could be improved to the step-pedestal type. Or ones without a lid. The current flip lid style feels annoying an unsanitary as it gets stuck sometimes.

A very good hotel with excellent restaurants and very clean and pleasant swimming pool area. The rooms were a bit dated but clean enough and everything worked well. We did have significant trouble getting a taxi from the hotel to the airport which was concerning enough that I wouldn’t choose to use it again for a layover which is what we were doing on this visit

One of the best hotels in Quan 10, a short grab ride away from the airport. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff gave us a free room upgrade with a pool side view and the room was superb with amenities. The staff is professional, courteous, and cater to the requests of the guests. I would give more than full marks for their vast and sumptuous breakfast spread. If you’re booking this hotel, do make sure you opt for breakfast - fresh and a variety of options to choose from on the buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice, flexible and courteous. Our original room was a bit humid and therefore smelly, but staff was very understanding. They immediately gave us a new and more comfortable room on higher floor. Breakfast was good as well. Convenient location for both airport and other places.

Highly recommended
If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, this is the most friendly, lovely, welcoming place. Our stay there was brief (too brief for our liking) but every aspect of this hotel was perfect. Check in was seamless, they have an app that allows you to manage your stay, the sport bar did amazing food (and our first drink was free). A special shout out to Minh, who was an absolute delight to deal with.

Highly recommended. This is an absolutely beautiful place. Breakfast is big and even vegetarians have lots of choices. There is an India food section. The only drawback is since it is far from District 1, no tour bus will pick you up from here. You will have to take a taxi/Grab to district 1. Hotel staff is outstanding. Always ready to help. Very quick response from housekeeping if you need anything. But they usually cost less than $3. Airport is only about 10 minutes tops. Highly recommended.

Not user friendly bathroom
Nice hotel but the bathroom design is not user friendly. You can only take a shower by climbing into the bathtub. Is quite dangerous
