My room was unavailable for 3.5 hours after check in time , no room service , food options limited and extremely expensive, service was poor and not friendly at all. I will never return or book a trip to this area again homeless population and dirty areas everywhere, tourist trap , no beach areas that were relaxing at all! Awful trip not worth my money ! So disappointed!

WARNING: FRONT DESK IS VERY UNFRIENDLY. 1st Day: While checking in, the women working at the front desk were extremely impolite. They try to rush you when it's your turn. When they asked me to pay for the deposit, they charged me hundreds of dollars without even going over any details of how much of the payment is deposit and how much of it is resort fee. When I asked for some help with the resort, she just gave me a card with a QR code and told me to read it, and started greeting the next person in line when I wasn't even done. I've never been so disrespected at a resort when I'm paying THOUSANDS of dollars to stay there. 2nd Day: I got a call from the front desk at 9AM in the morning. Obviously, my partner and I were sleeping at the time, because we had a 8 hour flight the previous day and wanted to sleep in. 5 minutes later, the obnoxious phone rings again, and I finally picked up to see what the hassle it is about, which turns out it's a "reminder call" to pickup a $5 coupon for the hotel restaurant. I didn't ask for a reminder call to wake me up at 9am in the morning on a vacation to Hawaii which I'm paying over $500 USD a night. 3rd morning: Got our morning interrupted again by house keeping this time. It was 9:30am in the morning. Who knocks for house keeping at that time. like seriously what is wrong with this resort, not allowing their guests to sleep in! We were absolutely outrageous. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET DISRESPECTED.

Stayed here for 10 nights, everything was mostly great! Cleanliness, pool, staff, etc was awesome. Only downsides were our mattress had a big “hole” of broken springs on one side which made it uncomfortable until my husband flipped the mattress. Our view was great but we were next to the elevator and you could hear it constantly at all hours. Everything else was great!

Great location. Easy parking with self parking or valet parkkng. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Close to the beach. Hotel has resort fee that includes beach towels, chairs and fun activities for kids and adults. Never bored. Great stay and friendly staff.

Good place to stay if you want to be near allthe action of Waikkii, but the hotel was very busy during our stay. Long waits for the elevators and they tried to charge me $50 for holding my luggage that I ship by FedEx.
