The staff were all great and the hotel was very clean. However, this “resort” is so dated and run down looking. No microwave in our room just wasn’t acceptable. The one on the second floor available to guests wouldn’t pop a bag of popcorn! It took forever to heat anything up! The carpeting in the corridors of the hotel are worn so thin. Not worth the savings. It costs us an additional $461 to park in their garage and an additional $800 in hotel fees. Would not stay here again. I was very disappointed as were the 5 other people I traveled with.

Bell helpers very nice I was told the day we check in that it was going to cost $50.00 for late check out on Feb.4 but I had to wait till that day. So I went to pay for late check out the lady told me $225.00 what the hell.

The hotel provide breakfast included in stay during morning hours which is great. Pool / beach towel avaliable from housekeeping. Location is great Walkability to Waikiki and it's surroundings is a great plus. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Room keys are keyless cards so worry free. Elevators are running pretty quickly. The only few things I wished would have been better are the underground parking for hotel guest are a bit tight for a compact SUV. The hotel only has 3 Washers and 3 dryers only 3 which can get busy during evening and bed time hours. Lastly, the hotel only has 3 elevators and they can only fit up to about 4 -5 people.

Very VERY disappointed with this property. It should be a 2 star, if that. The night worker is incompetent and while checking in explained the “new parking fees go up to $45 on the 1st of January, but I’m going to give it to you at the current price.” “Good (1) considering we were checking in BEFORE 1/1/25 AND the fact that the “parking garage” is almost always full and sometimes there is no parking. Additionally, the hotel website boasts supporting federal “heroes perks” but upon checking in and checking out this “perk” was never upheld - even with proof of website and proof of our eligibility. The rooms are VERY OLD and VERY outdated. The sliding doors are from the 80s and the sound travels through as if a window is open. The wall paper is separating and falling from the ceiling. The daily “amenity fees” are asinine as there are no amenities other than a cold pool. The free breakfast is a joke and all advertising is for their fee for breakfast restaurant. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 1am and the (again incompetent) same night worker didn’t even bother to express apologies as nearly all the hotel patrones waited in the lobby. Even fake apologies would have been appreciated. I have stayed at MANY hotels and travel several times a year. This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at.
