Such a fun place to visit!!!!! The front desk staff missed the mark on friendliness, but the staff at the lobby Starbucks made up for it! They were so fun I wanted to pull up a chair and stay! Parking was non existent. No handicap parking within a 3 block area. Valet staff were 0 help. The hotel was stunning! Lobby bar and live music was a ten!!

Great family stay
We had a great stay as a family. Keep in mind that this hotel is 100 years old and is undergoing some renovations. We had a basic 2 bed room. I believe if the carpet could be replaced and some minor cosmetic changes, it would be perfect. This hotel is gorgeous and has lots of character. The breakfast at the ventician was great and the drinks at the lobby bar were delicious. We used the valet for an additional fee and it was very well worth it. The staff here is friendly and it is within walking distance of everything. We will definitely be back!

Roaches!!! no hot water til 2am workers barging into our room and construction at 7am right next to our $300 room. Staff was amazingly nice all the people nice. However management didn’t want to do anything about the horrible was given $15 off my room and basically told the p*as off.

We stayed 3 nights and was charged a $15 a night resort fee. I am not sure what that was for because our room was never cleaned or were we ever furnished fresh towels or bottled water. Rooms definitely need new carpet or at the very least cleaned.

EXTREMELY DIRTY!
The staff was nice and helpful but the room was terribly dirty. The carpet looked so gross that we had to walk around with our shoes on. The bath tub was disgusting! We laid a towel down in the bottom of the tub just to be able to shower without standing in the filth.

We love visit hot springs and we stay in the Arlington because is convenient to walk and shopping our family love the town, for the entertainment and shopping,and specially the Arlington hot tubs! Swimming pool! Not great on parking but we handle it!
