Pros the hotel is close to dining and shopping! The staff in valet were exceptional and prompt with vehicle. Front desk staff were nice. The manager Pinky was helpful and very apologetic with addressing issues with property. Cons the property has roaches and ants. In the kitchen, inside refrigerator, the bed and bathrooms. The elevators don’t work and takes a very long time to come only one side of elevators working. The room has an old smell and very strong odor coming through vents. This property needs serious pest control. I wasn’t planning on packing roaches in my suitcase. I had to find another hotel due to infestation.

Amazing property amazing staffed from the valley parker that greeted you at the door with the amazing beautiful smile to Michael at the front desk. That should be working at Ruth Chris. I normally stay at Marriott in Manhattan, DC Miami, etc. but when I came to Houston, I tried something different, all around top quality
