Parking lot is too small and parking is a hassle. You pay for parking and the stairs are no lite, it was dark and raining, accident waiting to happen. The elevators sound like they are falling apart. The sofas in the room and in the lobby are stained, the carpets as well. The toilet always running and didnt flush well. I expected a lot better experience and cleaninness in a Hilton. Additionally the parking area seemed to have people always hanging out and drjnking or smoking.

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree Hotel in the Galleria! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, ensuring a relaxing stay. Every detail, from the delicious warm cookies at check-in to the seamless check-out process, was handled with care and professionalism. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The parking is at outrageously expensive. $45 night. Not enough people helping at the front desk so many lines and customers dissatisfied. Ask for a bathrobe, they don’t have.
