the staff were very welcoming and friendly specially Miss Thip who really showed her hospitality and kindness. the resort over all was clean and quiet in a good area close to restaurants and night market. the service was good. however there were some disappointing points: first, we were surprised that villa we got in the beginning has a covered pool which was really strange as we booked a resort with a private pool mainly for sunbathing!! the water was extremely cold so we decided to change the villa… Miss Thip did her best and she was very helpful to find a villa that meets our expectations. she said the beach villa is available however we have to pay the difference which was extra 7000 bath per day for the 5 nights. we said ok we will pay but for the next 4 nights as we asked her to check with manager to move from the same day as it was already late and we missed the first day as we didn’t swim or enjoy our day but the manger refused even the villa was vacant that day and insisted that we move to the beach villa next day after 12:00 pm which cost the waste of our first day in the resort. second, even in the beach villa the sun didn’t reach the sunbathing beds and we use to go every day to the public swimming pool just for sunbathing! third, the breakfast buffet was really poor with limited food choices as a 5 stars resort the breakfast buffet must be more varied… even it was worst in the ocean side restaurant… the toast bread was not fresh and hard.
