This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun

Very nice hotel, the food was average and there was not a lot of variety. There is a team at the hotel and they do lot of entertainements, shows and lot of stuff which is amazing. The shuttle service to go to the beach is amazing too.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son and father-in-law. We all had a great time. It catered for all age groups. We loved all the food options and the chefs did a great job. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. It’s a place we would definitely stay in again. I would highly recommend it to any family with varying ages. Bad room I found a blood in the wall , the sink and all door it’s bad , when I go to reception manager he saw , he take 4 hours to change the room , second day I went to main restaurant I wait the staff to grap the food, he not wait me , I wait him , I went to the bar I ask the cup of coffee the bartender speak with me ruad, he said go to another bar he don’t have cups for coffee, iam not satisfied at all, bad hotel with bad service, and employees

This was my third time staying at Jaz Aquaviva, and they have consistently provided an outstanding experience. The attention to detail was remarkable. The room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a variety of tasty dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident in every interaction. It's worth noting that the executive chef was always present in the restaurant three times a day when food was provided, ensuring we always found something we liked or wanted to eat. He made sure the dishes were prepared in a way that allowed us to experience his cuisine to the fullest. The facilities at Jaz Aquaviva were outstanding. The pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay.
