"Train leaving Tokyo was cancelled, so needed to book a hotel at the last minute. This one is 10 min or so by taxi, fast check in, very clean, in a nice neighborhood. Even has a tiny laundry room on first floor. Had a wonderful dinner down the street and slept well. "

"The is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. Service was great and we love the room is bigger in size comparing to those in city center. Breakfast buffet was nice and has sufficient variety. Children love the public hot spring on site which we can go after a long day of walk. Staff is welcoming and helpful, a kids friendly hotel that we definitely recommend. "
