The lady that checked us in was aweful to us and so rude! She refused to give us handicap room and me and my man are both handicapped. We purchased drinks and she didn't want to check us out. She was just aweful. My man couldn't shower because he couldn't step over tub. And they won't release my deposit. We took nothing did not smoke or trash room. I already paid $125 for room!

no air in rooms

the air was out in our room, it was almost 88 degrees when i walked in, i turned the air on and it never got colder after 2 hours. I went down stairs and they said they would send someone up, to either fix or bring us a fan(?) this is going on 9 pm. Finally someone shows up and says we have to change rooms. So I had to wake up my 5 year old and move rooms. When we got to our new room, the TV didn't work. At this point we just wanted to sleep so I told the front desk and they said they'd send someone up in the morning to change it. It was just not the best time
