We booked and paid for a room for three guests, so I would have expected towels, coffee cups etc to be provided for three. The service at breakfast was particularly friendly

Booked and paid in advance for king bed room only to be given twin beds. The hotel said I was fully booked. I paid in advance months before. Shouldn’t keep the room in the system if fully booked. Breakfast poor service. Very slow to top up the food tray that was finished. Overpriced for the service and quality of the service.

Celebrated our honeymoon at Innsbruck and the team from AC Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely one. Appreciate that they automatically upgraded us to a better room at the top level with amazing view. The room was clean, spacious. The staff were friendly and warm. Location is great too, and a short walk away from the main Christmas markets. Wouldn’t hesitate to make a reservation at AC Hotel again during our next trip back to Innsbruck.

Perfect Spot In Innsbruck!
Fantastic stay! Great location!! Close to the old town and the train station! Easy bus to and from the airport! The staff was so friendly and very helpful! We got upgraded which was so sweet! The hotel is CLEAN. They are used to English speakers from the cruise ships and go out of their way to help guests navigate the city! Beds were comfortable, room was clean and big! We would absolutely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, especially Deniz. We were misled however, when inquiring about tobogganing in the area - ended up going to Stubai glacier (1 hr 15 min each way) only to find out there was no tobogganing there. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was good, with coffee pods were replaced every day. However, mini fridge wasn't cold enough to keep milk and cream pods provided were tiny and insufficient. Location is really good, 5 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to the centre.
