"We recently stayed at the Rosewood São Paulo for the second time, and once again, the experience reminded us why we love this hotel so much. Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
