"We stayed on the 11th floor, we could see the Dome and the The Golden Horseshoe. And the river. The view was awesome. The staff was great. I spoke with Lawrence prior to my trip he was very helpful, he was also the same person who checked us in. I just want to say thank you all so much for making our family vacation that much better"

"Great for families who need free breakfast and enjoy the manager's reception. Room was comfortable. My family including 8 yo and 9 yo kids would stay here again in St. Louis. Expect a lot of kids in pool (my kids enjoyed it) and hot tubs well maintained. Staff were wonderful. Clients at the hotel were all respectful. "

"I loved the property.The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is seeing bunches of sheets and towels in the hallway upon check-in. It was like 3:15pm. I was on the 10th floor, Rm 1005. Also, there was the same pieces of trash outside the same doors no matter when we went to our room. So the housekeeping definitely needed some help in that area. I was trying to impress my husband and those things stuck out. I'd stay again, but housekeeping needs to do better. The hotel is beautiful and those things cheapen the experience. "
