The location is fantastic, especially to commute to Manhatten. However, the room was extremely disappointing. It was five of us in the room for 6 nights and the room was NEVER cleaned (not swept, tub and sink not cleaned, dirty glasses and tea cups never removed). The beds are very small cannot comfortable sleep two people, the beds are also too soft, the duvet was shedding feathers and did not have a duvet cover, not enough closet or draw space, not enough space to hang our coats, no space to hang damp towels, the toilet tank was givibg off so much condensation that there was constant flow of water on the ground, had to ask for various floor towels and they were never changed throughout the stay.

Aside from the room being gross and the beds being extremely uncomfortable, the stay was okay. We did enjoy it being right next to the bus stop which made it easy to get to NYC

Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Lobby could be more welcoming with background music. The receptionist was on the phone during our entire interaction, but overall friendly. Staff offered to help with luggage.

The ceiling collapsed right above the breakfast area, staff was notified but the water kept coming down around the food. Come to find out there was another ceiling leak blocked by a plastic sheet in the serving area (right above the food). Food service was not stopped or moved, but the entire room left after the mess. There were hairs in the sofa bed bag, so we didn’t use that. Despite this staff was wonderful and very helpful with explaining transportation into the city, getting extra blankets and food location directions. Room smelled like very musty, like air was not circulated, did not smell “clean”.
