Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was excellent (especially the scrambled eggs)...lots of choices to please everyone. We had a 2 bedroom suite, comfortable bedding, room and bathrooms very spacious. Bus to NYC close by. There was an indoor pool & fitness room but we did not use them this trip. It was our first time staying at this hotel on Paterson Plank but will not be our last!

Great location and room.
Stayed here while attending the Jets game. I was happy that I was able to check in upon arrival. Room was clean and spacious. We had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Each room having its own bathroom was great and we enjoyed hanging out in the common area. Will def stay here again next time we stay overnight for a game there.

Great staff at check-in, quiet location but close to MetLife and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Lots of parking, clean inside and out- lots of space in the room. overall great stay.

The hotel stay was great. There was a great spread for breakfast with some options changing every day. It was a good value for money. The hotel pool was a decent size. There is a hot tub but the bubbles were not working while we were there. There is a basketball court outside. It is a busy area with lots of air traffic.

The property is very clean and well kept. The housekeeping staff is terrific as well as the breakfast staff. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous as well. The only complaint is my room needed some updating and repairs.

Everyone was very nice, very helpful after HILTON cancelled my reservation for over booking and they didn’t care I had kids with me. Residence Inn staff was very helpful and helped with food options for my family that would deliver to our room. Room very clean 10/1 for sure I’m gonna continue to stay at a Residence Inn
