"A wonderful property in a wonderful location. Everything was as described, super clean and perfectly located. Great swimming pool steps outside our bedroom. One very minor issue was taken care of immediately. Karen is extremely quick to respond and a super host. We highly recommend the property!"

"Wonderful stay and beautiful place"

"The title says it all - the view from the condo was spectacular. From early morning to night when the sun set you are able to enjoy the view right from your balcony. Noise from cars/trucks can be a bit loud but the location made it all worth while. Walk out your condo, walk across the street and you are at the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and bridge street. So fun, go for the happy hours to many restaurants in the area. The condo was the perfect size and had everything you needed to make your stay even more enjoyable and the beds, after a long day of beach and walking, were truly a comfort. Love AMI and this condo made it all that perfect. We had a couple of minor issues and Rex was very responsive and attentive. Looking forward to returning next year to AMI."
