I get a chalet style room, outside main building, at least 2 big bug into room daily.
I didn’t achieved to get a coffee in the lobby, even if they have a coffee shop.
Same thing at the breakfast, we have to speak loud to get coffee.

Great hotel for a quick stop by Karachi

terrible hotel .
paid for two day from and check out the next day.
Bath room smell real bad.
room furniture is dirty and smelly .
terrible hotel very poorly maintain.

I did not stay there. My personal info was obtained by fraud to buy flights, hotel stays and restaurant charges, all with the complicity of Expedia!!!

Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HotelsUnfortunately, I chose to stay here due to proximity to the airport, however nothing changes.
1) shuttle service decides to wait for other passengers on other flights even though the hotel is 5 min drive away.
2) check in takes an age, its a very busy airport hotel and usually rhey have trainees on the desk who are not proficient and have to wait for a senior. Same as last 2 stays last year.
3) hotel doesnt do pre auth, you must prepay the whole stay which is annoying as it means I have multiple invoices ans receipts (dinners, transport etc) which I usually pay once on check out attracting only 1 card charge.
4) 'Exec room' on 3rd floor was very small, no ironing facilities, duvet was stained and phone not working. I reported to reception who did clean the duvet but phone still not working.
6) wifi in the room very patchy, same as my last stays unfortunately.
Otherwise, staff is generally pleasant.

Property is close enough to the airport for a quick lay over but it’s not worth the price
